PLAN FOR THE WEEKEND

Friday:

6.00pm-7.30pm; Arrive for the first Hatha Yoga class to shake off the journey and connect to your surroundings. (Meditation and Asana)

8pm; Wholesome healthy dinner in La Taverna Armento. (All Beverages extra)

10 – 10.30pm; Optional Yoga Nidra

Saturday;

8.45am-10am: Meditation and Vinyasa Yoga asana to awaken the body, nervous system and energy body

10am: Wholesome breakfast

11.30am- 1pm: Mindfulness meditation and Pranayama (breathing meditation)

1pm; Free time. You can take a walk around the beautiful hotel grounds or book yourself in for a spa treatment. https://www.brooklodge.com/en/wells-spa-wicklow/

5.30pm-7.30pm; Soothing Restorative Yoga practice to balance the nervous system and settle into your inner still-point, finishing with Mindfulness Body scan for deep healing.

8pm; Hearty dinner in La Taverna Armento (All beverages extra)

Sunday:

8.45am-10am: Invigorating Vinyasa Yoga and morning meditation.

10.00am: Wholesome breakfast. Take this opportunity to pack up and check out

11.30am-1.30 pm: Mindfulness practice followed by Pranayama to help assimilate the practices of the weekend. Finishing with a farewell loving kindness Mindful Meditation.

Schedule may be altered slightly.  Retreat open to all levels of practitioners however Yoga experience is helpful

 ABOUT THE TEACHER:

Dani has been teaching Yoga since 2002 and is a Reiki Master since 2001. She is also a Seichem practitioner since 2014. While Dani is a qualified Yoga teacher at the E-RYT 500hr level, she is constantly revisiting her practice, learning and finding other ways to develop as a teacher. She has partaken in four days of Yoga Nidra training with Donna Faulds to name one of several workshops.
She has been hosting retreats for over 4 years and combines her love of energy work & Mindfulness with her Yoga classes to help maximise the benefits of the meditation and the yoga asana.

Cancellation policy:

This policy is strictly enforced.
A non refundable deposit of €200 is required to secure your place paid via bank transfer or cheque (email us for details)
The balance is to be paid a minimum of 3 days before the retreat again either by cheque or bank transfer.  

 Cancellations:
If you give more than 3 weeks notice 100% of your money will be refunded to you.
If less than 3 weeks notice is given then no money will be refunded.

 However:
1) if there is waiting list we will offer to transfer your place to the next person on the list. If they accept then we will refund your full payment.
2) You may transfer your place to a family member, colleague or friend at any time.
