Join me for a weekend where we practice savouring life and learn ways to accept its challenges.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
* All Yoga and meditation practices from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning
* 2 nights accomodation in this beautiful home.

PLAN FOR THE WEEKEND

Friday;
5pm; Check in, relax in your room, take a walk get to know the retreat center
6pm; Introductions and first practice: A gentle asana (movement) class to cleanse the body of the trip with some calming pranayama (breathing exercises) to settle the nervous system before we begin a short Mindfulness meditation
7.30pm; wholesome Vegetarian dinner
9pm; Sitting meditation with intro to Mindfulness
Saturday;
8.30am; Breakfast,
10am; Yoga Practices {Meditation, pranayama and Asana} designed to clear the mind and free the spirit.
11.30am A Mindfulness practice noticing our reactions to our likes and dislikes
1.pm; Delicious vegetarian lunch followed by
Freetime;
Head for a walk in Glendalough 15min drive away, just chill out in your room.
6pm; Restorative Yoga practice; wonderfully healing and balancing for the nervous system
7.30pm; Vegetarian dinner to nourish the body.
9pm; Yoga Nidra. Deeply healing Yoga sleep
Sunday;
8.30am Pranayama practice (breathing exercises)
9am Breakfast
10.30am; Yoga Practice {Meditation, pranayama and Asana} To strengthen the resolve and move the body, mind and spirit towards truth peace and happiness.
12pm Closing Meditation
1pm farewell Lunch and goodbyes.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Dani has been teaching Yoga since 2002 and is a Reiki Master since 2001. She is also a Seichem practitioner since 2014. While Dani is a qualified Yoga teacher at the E-RYT 500hr level, she is constantly revisting her practice, learning and finding other ways to develope as a teacher.
She has been hosting retreats for over 4 years and combines her love of energy work & Mindfulness with her Yoga classes to help maximise the benifits of the meditation and the yoga asana.

Sunday Afternoon Workshop;

Join me for an afternoon of Yoga & Meditation to reset yourself and bring your life back into wellbeing & balance. An afternoon of  Selfcare and reflection

Do you feel a little anxious, stressed out and restless. Has the clock suddenly sped up offering no time to really check in with yourself. Wouldn’t it be great to just stop, take some well- earned time to reconnect with yourself?

During this afternoon of wellbeing, Dani will offer you three types of Yoga practices and two Mindfulness ones, to help slow down the racing mind and re-energize the body.           You will learn a few simple practices to achieve lasting balance.

We will begin the afternoon with a stress releasing Yoga flow to clear out blockages and unhelpful thought chatter. We shall follow this with a beautiful heart-opening meditation to connect your hearts’ desires with your ego self for healing & self-compassion. Moving then into a Restorative yoga practice, taking time for contemplation.  The afternoon with finish with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra.

NO experience required, whether you are new to Yoga or an experiened practitioner this afternoon offers balance and rejuvinatioon. Time to switch off the phone and bring some focus onto yourself.

Cancellation policy:

This policy is strictly enforced.
A non refundable deposit of €150 is required to secure your place paid via bank transfer or cheque (email us for details)
The balance is to be paid a minimum of 3 weeks before the retreat again either by cheque or bank transfer.  

 Cancellations:
If you give more than 3 weeks notice 100% of your money will be refunded to you.
If less than 3 weeks notice is given then no money will be refunded.

 However:
1) if there is waiting list we will offer to transfer your place to the next person on the list. If they accept then we will refund your full payment.
2) You may transfer your place to a family member, colleague or friend at any time.
