6.00pm-7.30pm; Arrive for the first Hatha Yoga class to shake off the journey and connect to your surroundings. (Meditation and Asana)
8pm; Wholesome healthy dinner in La Taverna Armento. (All Beverages extra)
10 – 10.30pm; Optional Yoga Nidra
8.45am-10am: Meditation and Vinyasa Yoga asana to awaken the body, nervous system and energy body
10am: Wholesome breakfast
11.30am- 1pm: Mindfulness meditation and Pranayama (breathing meditation)

5.30pm-7.30pm; Soothing Restorative Yoga practice to balance the nervous system and settle into your inner still-point, finishing with Mindfulness Body scan for deep healing.
8pm; Hearty dinner in La Taverna Armento (All beverages extra)
8.45am-10am: Invigorating Vinyasa Yoga and morning meditation.
10.00am: Wholesome breakfast. Take this opportunity to pack up and check out
11.30am-1.30 pm: Mindfulness practice followed by Pranayama to help assimilate the practices of the weekend. Finishing with a farewell loving kindness Mindful Meditation.

This policy is strictly enforced.
A non refundable deposit of €200 is required to secure your place paid via bank transfer or cheque (email us for details)
The balance is to be paid a minimum of 3 days before the retreat again either by cheque or bank transfer.
If you give more than 3 weeks notice 100% of your money will be refunded to you.
If less than 3 weeks notice is given then no money will be refunded.
1) if there is waiting list we will offer to transfer your place to the next person on the list. If they accept then we will refund your full payment.
2) You may transfer your place to a family member, colleague or friend at any time.
