Join me @THE CALMROOMS, Monkstown for an afternoon of Yoga & Meditation to look for the quiet inside us all. To find some sacred space and bring your life back into wellbeing & balance. An afternoon of Selfcare and reflection

Do you feel a little anxious, stressed out and restless? Has the clock suddenly sped up offering no time to really check in with yourself? Why dont you just stop, take some well- earned time to be quiet?
During this afternoon of wellbeing, Dani will offer you some Yoga practices to let go, breathwork to find balance and Meditation, to help slow down the racing mind and discover your true nature which is perfection.
2pm; Welcome meditation. Arrival to our space and cultivating a Sankalpa (intention)
2.20pm; Vinyasa Yoga practice to burn off the crazy mind and allow our bodies to settle.
3.30pm; Restorative Yoga
4.30pm; Yoga Nidra; Yogic sleep for deep healing
Dani has over 17 years teaching experience and her lifes’ passion is to share the gifts that Yoga & Meditation can bring to people who are willing and open to this journey.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Dani has been teaching Yoga since 2002 and is a Reiki Master since 2001. She is also a Seichem practitioner since 2014. While Dani is a qualified Yoga teacher at the E-RYT 500hr level, she is constantly revisting her practice, learning and finding other ways to develope as a teacher.
She has been hosting workshops and retreats for over 6 years and combines her love of energy work & mindfulness with her Yoga classes to help maximise the benifits of the meditation and the yoga asana.
