Join me @THE CALMROOMS, Monkstown for an afternoon of Yoga & Meditation to look for the quiet inside us all. To find some sacred space and bring your life back into wellbeing & balance. An afternoon of Selfcare and reflection

This afternoon offers you the opportunity to stop, catch a breath and reflect on where you are and where you are going? So often we get caught up in hamster wheel of life and we forget to feel, notice and even breath.
This workshop will offer you some Yoga practices to let go, breath work to find balance, Meditation, to help slow down the racing mind and Deep Relaxation to discover your true nature.
1.30pm; Welcome mediation. Arrive fully to our space and set our intentions
1.45pm Vinyasa Yoga practice to burn off the crazy mind chatter and allow our bodies to settle.
3.00 pm ; Restorative Yoga
4pm; Yoga Nidra for deep healing
Dani has been teaching since 2001 and her life’s passion is to share the gifts that Reiki, Yoga & Meditation can bring to people who are willing and open to this journey. She is currently completing a Life coach course for Mental Health and Well being which she hopes will only enhance the workshops she hosts.

ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Dani has been teaching Yoga since 2002 and is a Reiki Master since 2001. She is also a Seichem practitioner since 2014. While Dani is a qualified Yoga teacher at the E-RYT 500hr level, she is constantly revisting her practice, learning and finding other ways to develope as a teacher.
She has been hosting workshops and retreats for over 6 years and combines her love of energy work & mindfulness with her Yoga classes to help maximise the benifits of the meditation and the yoga asana.
