About the Venue:

Brooklodge is located in the picturesque Macreddin Village in the Wicklow Mountains, just 1 hour from South Dublin. It is the perfect spot to get away from your busy life and find some space. This luxurious venue combined with Dani’s 17 years teaching experience offers a truely unique Yoga Retreat experience.

Retreat Schedule


6.00pm-6.30pm; We begin our weekend with a grounding meditation, tuning our attention inward and setting an intention for the retreat

6.30pm-7.45pm First flow Yoga class to shake off the journey and connect to your heart and your intuition

8pm; Wholesome healthy dinner in La Taverna Armento. (All Beverages extra)


8.30am-9.45am: Morning gratitude Meditation followed by Vinyasa Yoga asana to awaken the body, nervous system and energy body.

10am: Wholesome buffet breakfast in The White room

11.30am- 1pm: Introduction to Mindfulness. A talk and some practices to get the body to understand how it feels. Followed by two Pranayama (breathing meditation) practices and relaxation

1pm-5.30pm; Free time. You can take a walk around the beautiful hotel grounds, take a hike have afternoon tea or book yourself in for a spa treatment. (Book early to avoid disapointment)

5.30pm-7.30pm; Soothing Restorative Yoga practice to balance the nervous system and settle into your inner still-point. Closing with Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) for deep healing.

8pm; Wonderful Italian dinner in La Taverna Armento (All beverages extra)


8.30am-9.45am; Morning Gratitude Meditation followed by invigorating Vinyasa Yoga to clear out stagnant energy

10.00am: Wholesome, Sunday morning buffet breakfast in the White room

11.30am-1pm: Mindfulness practices continued from Saturday with Pranayama practices to help assimilate the weekend.

1pm-1.30pm; Finishing with a farewell loving kindness Meditation. Metta Bhavana

This schedule may be altered slightly to accomodate the group.  The retreat open to all levels of practitioners however Yoga experience is helpful

About Dani

Dani has been teaching Yoga since 2002 and is a Reiki Master since 2001. She is also a Seichem practitioner since 2014. While Dani is a qualified Yoga teacher at the E-RYT 500hr level, she is constantly revisiting her practice, learning and finding other ways to develop as a teacher. She has partaken in four days of Yoga Nidra training with Donna Faulds to name one of several workshops.

She has been hosting retreats for over 6 years and combines her love of energy work & Mindfulness with her Yoga classes to help maximise the benefits of the meditation and the yoga asana.

Cancellation policy:

This policy is strictly enforced.
A non refundable deposit of €200 is required to secure your place paid via bank transfer or cheque (email us for details)
The balance is to be paid a minimum of 3 days before the retreat again either by cheque or bank transfer.  

If you give more than 3 weeks notice 100% of your money will be refunded to you.
If less than 3 weeks notice is given then no money will be refunded.

1) If there is waiting list I will offer to transfer your place to the next person on the list. If they accept then we will refund your full payment.
2) You may transfer your place to a family member, colleague or friend at any time.
