Retreat afterglow
I’m just back from a three day retreat that I host with my business partner & dear friend Ellen Shilling. The after glow is wonderful, albeit feeling a little tired. We’d a wonderful group of 20 fantastic hearts, sharing some tears & lots of laughter!! Headed straight into a weeks intensive with James Higgins to seal in my own work! Soooo blessed to be able to share and feel & integrate it all.
