Mindful Meditation and Yoga March 16th
Following the success of our last Workshop, Ellen & I have added another Workshop date to our diaries. It was a rainy Sunday and everyone was so trilled to be inside practicing yoga meditation & relaxation
Sunday March 16th. 10.30am-5.30pm. Places are limited & it does book out quickly so please let us know early if you wish to attend.
