Mindfullness meditation and yoga retreat at The Cliffs of Moher Retreat Centre

We are delighted to add another  weekend retreat to the diary. This weekend you will learn about & practice mindfulness meditation andl practice 4 open level yoga classes of varying styles. Over the course of the weekend you will be given the opportunity to heal through Reiki energy, a little chanting & cutting of ties. Dani & Ellen will be there to help with any healing crisis or if you just need a chat! The food is delicious vegetarian food & the setting could not be more tranquil & peaceful and the accommodation second to none !

The weekend will be hosted by BOTH Ellen Shilling & Dani Sheil Yoga. Ellen is a fully qualified licensed and registered life coach, Reiki Master & teacher, TAT professional and Kinesiologist with many years experience;
Dani is a Reiki Master & a Yoga Alliance qualified Yoga teacher at the 500hr level (RYT500.) She has been teaching yoga since 2002 & practicing since 1999.

Oct 3rd -5th. The price includes all practices, a detailed manual, shared accommodation, two breakfasts,two lunches & two dinners, herbal teas & fruit, €380. ($200 deposit required)

The Burren Retreat

Just back from hosting a Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga retreat with Ellen Shilling at the beautiful Cliffs of Moher Retreat center in Liscannor, Co Clare. What an amazing venue, beautifully decorated to entice restfulness & equanimity, with food that is out of this world!
We had the most wonderful group of people join us, who lit up the space with their openness & ability to take in all the teachings. They made every moment of this retreat a pleasure & my only hope is that our next group will be half as willing to participate, engage & receive.
I just love my job!

I came across this beautiful poem recently and love how it connects the Reiki principles with yoga practice. Danna is a poet & yoga teacher from the US who writes so many beautiful words. Well worth checking out for beautiful inspiration. I love reading this at the beginning of as asana.

Mindful Meditation and Yoga March 16th

IMG_0051 Following the success of our last Workshop, Ellen & I have added another Workshop date to our diaries. It was a rainy Sunday and everyone was so trilled to be inside practicing yoga meditation & relaxation

Sunday March 16th. 10.30am-5.30pm. Places are limited & it does book out quickly so please let us know early if you wish to attend.
