Just back from hosting a Mindfulness Meditation & Yoga retreat with Ellen Shilling at the beautiful Cliffs of Moher Retreat center in Liscannor, Co Clare. What an amazing venue, beautifully decorated to entice restfulness & equanimity, with food that is out of this world!
We had the most wonderful group of people join us, who lit up the space with their openness & ability to take in all the teachings. They made every moment of this retreat a pleasure & my only hope is that our next group will be half as willing to participate, engage & receive.
I just love my job!
Here is some of the feedback we received from the wonderful Yogi’s this weekend.
“Course was fantastic. Very relaxing. I got a lot out of it. Never done yoga before, would def do it again and would drive the hour to get to Danis (Dublin) class as she explained everything so well and was very enjoyable.” Kate
“I found the whole weekend absolutely fantastic from start to finish from the welcome to the food (amazing) and the mindfulness which I had never done before. So satisfying, yoga, magnificent walks, company etc. Couldn’t say enough, it was just all so so nice. Thank you both.” Anne
“Life changing! Something shifted in me this weekend and I feel alive. I feel an inner happiness I never felt before. This weekend will stay with me for a log time. It was more that I expected. Ellie and Dani work great together and are both gifted.” Jennifer
“It was exhilarating, very informative, fun, challenging. Thoroughly enjoyed it/ Yoga was brilliant and so was meditation.” Val
“Thank you for this amazing weekend, you are both so inspiring and I loved the collaboration of both teachings. It has been a beautiful, safe haven to release and unwind. I feel refreshed and fulfilled and I don’t was to leave!” Maria

Just for Now, without asking how, let yourself sink into stillness. Just for now, lay down the weight you so patiently bear upon your shoulders. Feel the earth receive you, and the infinite expanse of the sky grow even wider as your awareness reaches up to meet it. Just for now, allow a wave of breath to enliven your experience. Breathe out whatever blocks you from the truth. Just for now, be boundless, free, with awakened energy tingling in your hands and feet. Drink in the possibility of being who and what you really are – so fully alive that the world looks different, newly born and vibrant, just for now. Danna Faulds
I came across this beautiful poem recently and love how it connects the Reiki principles with yoga practice. Danna is a poet & yoga teacher from the US who writes so many beautiful words. Well worth checking out for beautiful inspiration. I love reading this at the beginning of as asana.
Following the success of our last Workshop, Ellen & I have added another Workshop date to our diaries. It was a rainy Sunday and everyone was so trilled to be inside practicing yoga meditation & relaxation
Sunday March 16th. 10.30am-5.30pm. Places are limited & it does book out quickly so please let us know early if you wish to attend.
Here’s what people had to say about our last workshop;
“Wasn’t sure what to expect, nervous about not having practised much yoga. I loved every second of it and the day went by in a flash. I could listen to Dani and Ellen for hours. God bless, wonderful class/workshop.”
“Only comment I have to make is that I would like to do this every weekend So relaxing and enjoyable. Great combination of yoga and mediation and great teachers.”
“I think the combination of the yoga and mediation is an excellent concept. I found the personalities and the energy of both teacher to be so authentic, caring and giving. What a wonderful, mindful energy enhancing day. Thank you.”
“Very good course, nothing that I can think of that could be changed. When is the next one?!”
“Fantastic, relaxing day. Feel very at peace and want the feeling to last. A weekend of the same would be fantastic. Thanks and namaste to you both.”
